| In 1932 the agency was founded under the name of Austrobus and started organizing city tours and excursions to the surrounding Vienna. Since 1969 the agency is in possession of the Dr. Richard family, who created its current value as the largest private travel agency and thus one of the most prominent travel enterprises of Austria. This joy in business development proofs in form of 40 outlets, branches in Salzburg, Prague and Budapest, as well as partnership in various industry-related enterprises. The Outgoing travel agencies today work under the name COLUMBUS IhrRelseburo and obtain an annual turnover of approx 134 million Euros. The coach company operates under the name Austrobus and owns a fleet of 750 motto-coaches, perfectly suitable for pretentious company and VIP service. / From the beginning the Incoming area, today Welcome Touristic Vienna, has been caring for guests and visitors from foreign countries, since 1976, also visitors from the USA. / Today, Welcome Touristic Vienna, one of Vienna's leading congress and incentive organizers, is taking care of many events or well known companies from all over the world every year.
